- You agree to notify MaxVerse Tech immediately at security@maxversetech.com if you suspect any unauthorized access or breach of security.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our security standards or engage in abusive conduct.
4. Commercial Services & Order Agreements
MaxVerse Tech provides domain reseller registrations, managed reseller hosting, web application development, search engine optimization (SEO), digital copywriting, graphic and brand identity design, and AI automation solutions:
- Domain Registrations & Transfers: Registrations are processed pursuant to ICANN and applicable top-level registry regulations. Domains are non-refundable once registered.
- Managed Reseller Hosting: Managed hosting environments are provided with white-label cPanel/WHM access. Users must adhere strictly to resource allocations and anti-abuse policies.
- Custom Development, SEO & Creative Deliverables: Professional agency services are executed according to mutually agreed milestones, statements of work (SOWs), or active service subscriptions.
5. Acceptable Use & Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to use the Site or Services for any unlawful, infringing, or harmful purpose, including but not limited to:
- Transmitting spam, malware, phishing payloads, or malicious scripts;
- Engaging in unauthorized vulnerability testing, scraping, denial-of-service (DoS) attempts, or reverse engineering;
- Infringing upon any third-party intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights;
- Hosting, distributing, or facilitating deceptive, fraudulent, defamatory, or abusive content.
6. Intellectual Property Rights

Client deliverables are assigned to the client upon full payment of all applicable invoices as detailed in the respective service agreement.

Our Site may contain links to external third-party services, APIs, payment gateways, and registrars. MaxVerse Tech is not responsible for the privacy practices, content, or terms of third-party platforms.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SITE AND ALL SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR UNINTERRUPTED AVAILABILITY. MAXVERSE TECH DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE ERROR-FREE, TIMELY, OR SECURE.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL MAXVERSE TECH, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF THE SITE OR SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100.00 USD) OR THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO MAXVERSE TECH IN THE SIX (6) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
10. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless MaxVerse Tech, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
11. Governing Law & Exclusive Jurisdiction
These Terms, and any dispute or controversy arising out of or related to these Terms, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. Subject to Section 12, the parties submit to the exclusive personal and subject matter jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in the State of Delaware.
12. Dispute Resolution, Binding Arbitration & Class-Action Waiver
Mandatory Individual Arbitration: Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our Services shall be resolved exclusively through final and binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules, rather than in court.
Class-Action Waiver: YOU AND MAXVERSE TECH AGREE THAT ALL CLAIMS MUST BE BROUGHT SOLELY IN YOUR INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS, COLLECTIVE, REPRESENTATIVE, OR PRIVATE ATTORNEY GENERAL ACTION OR PROCEEDING. THE ARBITRATOR MAY NOT CONSOLIDATE MORE THAN ONE PERSON'S CLAIMS.
